Kaamkrew is a fast-growing service marketplace application that connects customers with verified service providers such as electricians, plumbers, cleaners, technicians, and more. Our goal is to make everyday services easy, reliable, and accessible through technology.

Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Field Executives who enjoy fieldwork, meeting people, and closing deals. The role involves visiting markets and commercial areas, onboarding service providers, and generating business opportunities for the Kaamkrew app.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to build a career in sales with high commission and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit markets, shops, and service hubs on a daily basis
• Promote the Kaamkrew mobile application
• Onboard service providers and vendors on the app
• Explain app features, benefits, and onboarding process
• Achieve daily and monthly onboarding/sales targets
• Build strong relationships with vendors and partners
• Provide basic support and follow-up after onboarding
• Share market feedback with the internal team

Requirements

• Education: Matric to Bachelor’s (Intermediate preferred)
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in field sales, marketing, or business development
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting new people
• Must own an Android smartphone
• Bike is a plus
