Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Supervisor to oversee furniture production, quality control, delivery, and on-site installation. This role requires strong technical skills, field readiness, and the ability to ensure that every piece leaves the workshop perfect and arrives even better.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise furniture production from raw material to finished product
• Ensure SOPs, measurements, finishes, and hardware fittings meet quality standards
• Coordinate packing, loading, and safe delivery of furniture
• Supervise on-site installation, fixing, alignment, and final handover
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, fittings, electrical points, or installation
• Maintain timelines, reduce rework, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with production staff, delivery teams, and sales/customer support

Preferred Background

• Experience in furniture production, installation, hardware fixing, or technical supervision
• Diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, civil, or technical trades preferred
• Practical knowledge of tools, fittings, hinges, slides, and installation methods
• Self-driven, field-active, problem-solver with leadership ability
