Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and supervise field personnel on assigned job sites.
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to field employees.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Resolve employee issues professionally and fairly, demonstrating CCM’s servant leadership philosophy.
- Lead by example and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact on job sites.
- Maintain consistent communication with:
- General Contractors
- Project Managers
- Field Supervisor
- Other trades and site personnel
- Submit daily field reports detailing job progress, manpower, production status, and any issues.
- Coordinate jobsite needs including lifts, tools, materials, and scheduling.
- Utilize Procore and other communication tools to maintain project updates.
Jobsite Management
- Manage day-to-day job production and field operations.
- Order necessary materials including duct, fittings, pipe, and related components.
- Assist the Project Manager with ordering long-lead items and material counts.
- Attend weekly jobsite meetings when required.
- Coordinate scheduling items such as inspections, hard lids, and project milestones.
Customer Relations
- Maintain professional relationships with General Contractors, customers, and tenants.
- Represent Clear Creek Mechanical with professionalism and respect on every jobsite.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong working relationships with all project stakeholders.
Quality Control
- Maintain CCM’s high standards of workmanship.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with HVAC codes and project specifications.
- Strive to keep punch lists at or near zero through proactive quality management.
Training & Development
- Promote ongoing training and skill development for field employees.
- Support the development of apprentices and installers.
- Encourage foremen and installers to pursue Journeyman licensing and continuing education.
Project Closeout
- Ensure all work is completed according to project drawings and specifications.
- Create and complete project punch lists.
- Ensure redline drawings are completed at project completion.
- Confirm that all work is fully completed with no loose ends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years Experience in commercial HVAC / sheet metal installation
- Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and jobsite coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Valid driver’s license
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
