Job Description

We are hiring a Field Growth Associate for our field sales operations. This is a field-based role involving customer visits, lead generation, sales closure, and achieving monthly targets. The role requires extensive local travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas to promote company products and services
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market connections
• Convert leads into sales and achieve weekly and monthly targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers
• Coordinate with the office team for order processing and delivery updates
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales
• Support payment collection when required

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Graduation preferred)
• Experience in field sales is an added advantage; freshers can also apply
• Must have a valid driving license
• Own a two-wheeler (mandatory at the initial stage)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Vehicle Policy

• Two-wheeler is mandatory during the initial phase
• Four-wheeler will be provided based on performance and the location/area to be covered
