Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Field Home Tutor (Preschool Teacher) to provide early childhood education to young learners in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and a nurturing approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and age-appropriate learning sessions for preschool-aged children at their homes.
• Develop and implement daily lesson plans and fun learning activities.
• Monitor and assess the child’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Encourage holistic development including cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure lesson quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (ECCEd / B.Ed / Montessori certification preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in teaching preschool or early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned field locations in Mumbai.
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their early learning journey.
