Field Inspector is responsible to provide an inspection regime to monitor and audit activities for compliance to the soft services contract SLA/KPI requirements as well as guidance to achieve the required standards.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the service providers are providing adequate equipment and that it is in good condition
  • Overseeing correct storage and safekeeping of the service providers equipment.
  • Ensuring Service Providers manpower is competent and wearing proper safety Gear and uniform
  • Monitoring the service providers team members to ensure the highest degree of end-user satisfaction.
  • Conduct pre-event inspections of all rooms, concourses, clubs, seating areas and public areas prior gate opening.
  • Ensuring service providers are upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
  • Manage the daily activities of the service providers to include appropriate street sweeping and cleaning of all districts.
  • Investigates complaints regarding cleaning service and equipment and takes corrective action.
  • Develop and implement service delivery standards and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of service providers and contractors.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for soft services-related issues.
  • Track expenses and ensure cost-effective service delivery without compromising quality.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
  • Utilize technology and innovative solutions to optimize soft services
