Field Installation & Demo Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Field Installation & Demo Engineer to support our school digitalization initiatives. This role involves demonstrating TeacherAI & RoboticBell products to schools and Panchayats, ensuring smooth installation, training teachers, and providing after-sales technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations (TeacherAI, RoboticBell) at schools and Panchayat offices.
• Install hardware devices (bells, TeacherAI units, ID card readers, displays) at school premises.
• Provide basic training to teachers and school staff on product usage.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and post-deployment.
• Maintain installation logs, customer feedback, and report to the Service Manager.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team during school visits.
• Assist in after-sales service (device checks, firmware updates, replacements).
• Promote customer satisfaction by ensuring quick and professional service.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or related field).
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of electronics hardware, wiring, Wi-Fi, and mobile apps.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam & English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with basic hardware installation.
• Familiarity with IoT devices is an added advantage.
• Customer-facing communication skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
