Field Laborer

• A valid driver's license is REQUIRED.
• Must be local to Irwin, PA
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• NO FELONS!

Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, leveling surfaces, and setting up equipment
• Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies using manual or powered equipment
• Support installation activities such as fencing, signage, or landscaping under supervision
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Document daily activities, materials used, and any incidents or hazards encountered during shifts
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively

Skills

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions for extended periods
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative work
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or outdoor labor environments
• Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues promptly
• Willingness to learn new skills related to site operations and equipment handling
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to support project timelines
• Prior experience in manual labor, construction, landscaping, or related fields is a plus but not required

Pay: $19.00 - $80.00 per hour
