Field Laborer

Duties

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up work zones
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely to support construction or landscaping tasks
• Transport materials, tools, and supplies across job sites using carts or manual handling techniques
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
• Support team members in installing signage, fencing, or other structural components
• Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention
• Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor manual labor
• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar field is a plus but not mandatory
• Valid driver’s license preferred for transporting materials or equipment when necessary
• Reliable transportation to job sites in various outdoor locations

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
