Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up work zones
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely to support construction or landscaping tasks
- Transport materials, tools, and supplies across job sites using carts or manual handling techniques
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Support team members in installing signage, fencing, or other structural components
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention
- Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor manual labor
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar field is a plus but not mandatory
- Valid driver’s license preferred for transporting materials or equipment when necessary
- Reliable transportation to job sites in various outdoor locations
