Field Manager

Islamabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Medical Sales Representatives.
  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
  • Monitor daily field activities, call averages, doctor coverage, and territory mapping.
  • Ensure effective product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance training for the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and activities.
  • Regularly review team performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and company compliance policies.
  • Submit accurate sales reports, competitor intelligence, and market feedback.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new representatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Doctor call frequency & coverage.
  • New product penetration in the market.
  • Team productivity and retention.
  • Compliance with reporting and company policies.
