Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Medical Sales Representatives.
- Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
- Monitor daily field activities, call averages, doctor coverage, and territory mapping.
- Ensure effective product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance training for the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and activities.
- Regularly review team performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and company compliance policies.
- Submit accurate sales reports, competitor intelligence, and market feedback.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new representatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Doctor call frequency & coverage.
- New product penetration in the market.
- Team productivity and retention.
- Compliance with reporting and company policies.
