Field Marketing – Events & Programs

End-to-End Program Ownership:
Own and execute marketing programs end to end—including webinars, workshops, executive dinners, third-party sponsorships, and large-scale events—ensuring they meet or exceed registration, attendance, and pipeline goals. Manage the full program lifecycle from kickoff through post-event analysis, including vendor management, venue sourcing, production logistics, and serving as the primary execution lead.

Content Localization:
Lead comprehensive reviews of marketing content localized from English to Spanish, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across assets such as eBooks, registration pages, email campaigns, and website copy.

Sales Activation & Enablement:
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials—including landing pages, social media copy, email templates, and internal communications—to equip Field Marketing Managers with the tools needed to drive engagement and execution.

Operational Excellence:
Oversee procurement activities, manage purchase orders, monitor budget spend against forecasts, and reconcile program costs. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the client’s events playbooks by documenting processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring successful programs are scalable and repeatable.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
