Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Incentives + Petrol Allowance + Daily Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers in the assigned territory.
• Promote and market iron & steel products (TMT bars, pipes, and other products).
• Meet dealers, distributors, and clients regularly to generate sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on market activities and competitor updates.
• Travel within the allocated region to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Any degree qualification.
• Bike is compulsory with valid driving license.
• Freshers can apply; prior sales/marketing experience in building materials, steel, or construction industry preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
