Job Overview:
The Field Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by engaging with customers in target markets through direct outreach and on-site visits. This role involves generating leads through cold calling, managing customer relationships, and following up on sales opportunities. The Field Marketing Executive plays a key role in building strong customer connections, tracking leads through the sales pipeline, and supporting sales efforts to close deals. Additionally, they will provide valuable market insights and field reports to the management team, helping to shape marketing strategies. Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Allocation & Strategy:
· Execute field marketing activities as per the assigned geographical areas, customer segments, and industry demands identified by the Business Analytics team.
· Follow the field marketing plan provided by senior management to enhance market penetration and increase brand visibility.
· Provide feedback from the field to the senior marketing team to refine marketing strategies.
2. Field Visits:
· Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to demonstrate product offerings, understand customer requirements, and build rapport.
· Present product solutions and gather feedback to tailor offerings to meet customer needs.
3. Lead Tracking & Management:
· Track all leads provided by the Business Intelligence team from initial contact through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
· Use CRM systems to log lead details, progress updates, and outcomes for effective lead management.
4. Sales Follow-Up:
· Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on inquiries, quotes, and potential orders, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
· Assist in closing sales by addressing customer concerns, providing additional information, and negotiating terms when needed.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and addressing issues promptly.
6. Preparation of Reports:
· Prepare detailed field marketing reports, including market insights, customer feedback, sales progress, and challenges faced in the field.
· Present actionable insights and recommendations to the management team to shape marketing strategies.
Key Qualifications:
· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience:
o 0 – 1 year of experience in field marketing for graduates, demonstrating a strong ability to engage prospects and carry out successful on-ground marketing activities.
o 3+ years of relevant field marketing experience for diploma holders
· Certifications: Any certification in their respective field will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
