Field Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Executive to support our sales and business operations through on-ground activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field visits, client coordination, lead generation, and assisting in achieving sales targets while representing the company professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to clients, prospects, and partner locations
• Generate new leads through on-ground activities, market visits, and referrals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and share updates with the sales team
• Assist in documentation, order booking, and basic reporting
• Meet assigned daily/weekly field and sales targets
• Ensure proper brand representation during field activities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Matric to Bachelors)
• 0–2 years of experience in field work, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in the field and travel locally
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
• Ability to prepare basic reports and updates
