Field Operation Manager, Henkel Consumer Brands

What you´ll do

• Maintain a strong presence in the field, for the regions in the responsibility area (Bursa and surrounding cities)
• Lead the launch and re-launch of products within distributor territories
• Ensure Perfect Portfolio execution across retail touchpoints
• Manage trade budgets and oversee listing activities with precision
• Build and nurture relationships with high-impact customers
• Coordinate promotional activities to maximize reach and ROI
• Act as a trusted advisor to field teams, translating strategy into action

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, trade marketing, or field operations
• Proven sales experience is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Deep understanding of customer dynamics and regional retail landscape
• Fluency in English both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel across the region and be hands-on in the field
• Valid driving license
• Located/willing to relocate in Bursa
