Field & Operations Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team supporting private residential properties throughout the Northwoods. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining homes to a high standard and ensuring each property is fully prepared for homeowner use.

This position includes a mix of fieldwork, coordination, and regular hands-on housekeeping and home preparation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine property visits and home checks
• Prepare homes for client arrivals, including cleaning, organizing, and stocking
• Assist with ongoing housekeeping to maintain a high standard across properties
• Support seasonal transitions (spring openings, fall closings)
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with project oversight
• Handle light maintenance tasks and general property upkeep
• Many tasks that come with this position must have a willingness to tackle any task that comes your way.

• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary: $38,000 per year
• $250/month health insurance stipend
