Job Description

We are urgently seeking a Field Operations Supervisor (Male) to join our team. The role requires strong leadership, sales monitoring, and communication skills to oversee field sales staff and provide updates directly to the Operations Head.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise field sales staff on a daily basis
• Report and update progress to the Operations Head
• Ensure staff performance meets targets and company standards
• Maintain a professional and presentable company image

Requirements

• Male candidate with valid Qatar driving license and own car (mandatory)
• Presentable appearance with strong sales & communication skills
• Must be available for evening shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (all days)
• Local candidates only (inside Qatar)

Salary & Benefits

• QAR 4,000 basic salary
• QAR 1,000 car allowance
• QAR 500 petrol allowance
• Attractive commission based on target achievement
