Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the sales team in the printing, signage, and fit-out industry. The role involves driving business growth, developing client relationships, supervising daily sales operations, and ensuring targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for printing, signage, branding, and fit-out projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review and approve quotations, proposals, and contracts before submission.
• Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and market trends to provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Train and guide junior sales executives on client handling and negotiation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in printing, signage, advertising, interiors, or fit-out industry is a must.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Valid Qatar/GCC driving license preferred.
