Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Holidays Department with a dual focus:
- Selling outbound/inbound holiday packages to individual clients and groups.
- Developing corporate travel deals by visiting offices, schools, and organizations to promote Gloria’s travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell holiday packages (FIT, groups, outbound & inbound).
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients (companies, schools, organizations) to offer holiday and travel solutions.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with corporate accounts.
- Build strong long-term relationships with both retail and corporate customers.
- Prepare customized quotations and proposals tailored to individual and business needs.
- Negotiate rates with hotels, DMCs, and travel suppliers.
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales & corporate targets.
- Assist in marketing activities, events, and travel fairs.
- Provide after-sales service and ongoing support to key accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday sales / corporate travel.
- Strong knowledge of outbound destinations, packages, and travel solutions.
- Fluent English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct client visits and build B2B partnerships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Galileo) is a plus.
- Presentable, self-motivated, and result-driven.
