Field Recovery Officer

We, here at Express Courier Link, are looking for a Field Recovery Officer to handle outstanding payments, recover dues from clients, and maintain strong customer relationships. The person should be professional, reliable, and able to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients/customers in the field to collect outstanding payments.
• Maintain proper records of recovery visits and payments received.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and respectful manner.
• Report daily progress and submit recovery updates to management.
• Ensure timely recovery of company dues while maintaining good customer relations.
• Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Work closely with accounts and operations teams for smooth coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Finance, or related field preferred).
• Previous experience in recovery, collections, or fieldwork is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to travel for field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Honest, disciplined, and professional attitude.
