Job Title: Field Recruiter

Location: Bilekahalli / JP Nagar, Bangalore

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Fresher/Experienced (Field Recruitment or Sales)

Languages Required: English and Kannada (Mandatory)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates through field visits, college drives, and local recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to achieve recruitment targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to colleges, training institutes, and local areas to identify potential candidates.

Present job opportunities and company details to interested candidates.

Perform initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with the HR and operations teams.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Build and sustain relationships with colleges, placement officers, and local agencies.

Meet assigned recruitment targets within specified timelines.

Requirements:

Freshers/Experienced

Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license (travel allowance provided).

Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset.
