Field Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Recruiter to support bulk hiring and workforce mobilization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates from local markets, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, references, and local networks.
2. Conduct initial screening and candidate interviews.
3. Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for recruitment requirements.
4. Mobilize and ensure candidate joining as per hiring timelines.
5. Maintain recruitment data and daily hiring reports.
6. Build relationships with local institutes, placement agencies, and community groups.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and conduct field recruitment activities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.

• Graduate in any discipline.
