Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field visits, local networks, and recruitment drives, and building a strong pipeline of talent for various roles within Parthiv Group. Day-to-day tasks include screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities from initial contact to onboarding. The role involves maintaining recruitment records, preparing reports, and ensuring that recruitment practices align with company policies and non-discriminatory standards. The Field Recruiter will also represent the organization at job fairs and community events, promoting Parthiv Group as an employer of choice.
Qualifications

• Strong talent acquisition and field recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Ability to build relationships with local institutes, communities, and professional networks to support hiring needs.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles, deadlines, and recruitment drives.
• Basic proficiency in using recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and email for managing candidate data and reporting.
• Knowledge of fair hiring practices and commitment to maintaining a non-discriminatory, inclusive recruitment process.
• Prior experience in field recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in financial services or a fast-growing organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby areas for recruitment activities and events.
