Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates through field visits, local networks, and recruitment drives, and building a strong pipeline of talent for various roles within Parthiv Group. Day-to-day tasks include screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities from initial contact to onboarding. The role involves maintaining recruitment records, preparing reports, and ensuring that recruitment practices align with company policies and non-discriminatory standards. The Field Recruiter will also represent the organization at job fairs and community events, promoting Parthiv Group as an employer of choice.

Strong talent acquisition and field recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

Ability to build relationships with local institutes, communities, and professional networks to support hiring needs.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles, deadlines, and recruitment drives.

Basic proficiency in using recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and email for managing candidate data and reporting.

Knowledge of fair hiring practices and commitment to maintaining a non-discriminatory, inclusive recruitment process.

Prior experience in field recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in financial services or a fast-growing organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby areas for recruitment activities and events.
