Job Title: Part-Time Field Recruiter & Store Manpower Coordinator

Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Recruiter & Store Manpower Coordinator to support hiring and workforce management for our store operations in Faridabad. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting Picker & Packers from nearby areas and ensuring proper manpower attendance at the store through daily field visits.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment

• Source and recruit Picker & Packers from nearby localities.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of manpower for ongoing hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with store management regarding staffing needs.

Store Manpower Management

• Visit the assigned store three times daily:
• Morning: 7:00 AM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM
• Night: 10:00 PM
• Ensure all assigned employees are present and working in their scheduled shifts.
• Track attendance, absenteeism, and shift adherence.
• Resolve basic manpower-related issues and escalate concerns when required.
• Maintain daily reports on manpower availability and recruitment status.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Prior experience in field recruitment, staffing, or manpower management is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with local areas of Faridabad.
• Ability to travel locally and conduct regular store visits.
• Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.
