Field Resource Foreman

Commercial Roofing Foreman Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily onsite safety brief with Sales Rep, customer, and WTI Crew; inspect surroundings, equipment, and tools and discuss safety concerns; complete Daily Hazard Analysis form.
  • Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project, including weekly/daily schedule with Sales Rep, scope of work with WTI crew, interactions with the customer, and updates to WTI Supervisor.
  • Manage crew start and end times, production rates, tools, and materials to complete projects safely and efficiently; deliver projects per scope or specification.
  • Complete end of day or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs; send before/after photos and detailed status updates to the Sales Rep daily.
  • Ensure all WTI Field Reps maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction when performing services.
  • Order, track, and monitor inventory; conduct quarterly cycle counts and submit results on time.
  • Review pricing for each field service project over $5,000 for accuracy.
  • Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor before submitting to the Sales Rep or customer.
  • Monitor and document performance of Field Resource Reps; take corrective measures for employee or work related issues and consult Human Resources as needed.
  • Perform any other duty or project assigned by the WTI Supervisor or Regional Manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry.
  • Familiarity with built up, EPDM, PVC, and other low slope roofing systems as well as metal and steep slope roofing systems and proper repair methods.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $81,827. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
