Job Position: Field Sales Executive – Agri Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers.
- Promote company products through field demonstrations, awareness campaigns, and training programs.
- Execute effective dealer management and drive secondary sales growth.
- Conduct regular market visits for business development and territory expansion.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, cropping patterns, and seasonal requirements.
- Coordinate with agronomists and technical teams to deliver crop advisory support.
- Promote IPM (Integrated Pest Management) practices wherever applicable.
- Collect market intelligence and provide timely reporting.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support cash-and-carry sales strategy.
- Ensure effective product placement, display, and farmer training initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Agriculture / Agri-Business Management or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales (preferably in seeds, fertilizers, or pesticides).
- Location Preference: Must be willing to work from Pune / Jalgaon / Ch. Sambhajinagar / Nagpur.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability or strong potential in cash-and-carry sales.
- Dealer Network: Established dealer relationships and local market knowledge preferred.
- Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of IPM, cropping patterns, and agronomy.
- Communication: Strong communication and coordination skills.
