Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join Al-Nuaim. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel across India and GCC countries. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across India and GCC.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products/services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
  • Negotiate and close deals while meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve overall sales objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (preferably field sales).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Clean professional background and ability to travel extensively.

Work Environment

  • Primarily field-based with extensive travel across India and GCC.
  • Dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.

Compensation
