Job Description – Sales Executive (School ERP Software)

Location: indore (travel across Madhya Pradesh as required)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to sell our ERP software to schools. This role involves direct client visits, product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with school management across Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads from schools in Indore and other cities of MP.
  • Meet school principals, administrators, and management to present ERP solutions.
  • Deliver product demos and explain software benefits.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through closures.
  • Build long-term relationships with schools for repeat business and referrals.
  • Submit regular reports of leads, visits, and sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 6months–3 years of experience in field sales / software sales / education sector sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Bike is mandatory for field visits.
  • Laptop preferred or can manage by their own for first 15 days .
  • Willingness to travel extensively within MP.

Salary & Benefits

  • ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on last drawn salary & experience).
