Our smart power bank rental stations are redefining convenience across Delhi NCR, placed at high-footfall venues like cafés, restaurants, salons, lounges, coworking spaces, and more.

We’re growing fast — and we need driven, street-smart Business Development Executives to take our mission further.

* What You’ll Do

  • Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with venues like cafés, gyms, coworking spaces Etc.
  • Own your zone — from cold outreach to on-ground visits and deal closures
  • Deliver a clear, compelling pitch on how UrjaBox adds value for both businesses and their customers
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners and venue managers
  • Coordinate installations and onboarding with internal teams
  • Track, report, and exceed monthly sales and onboarding targets
  • Represent UrjaBox at networking events, expos, and local activations

** Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of field sales, B2B partnerships, or business development experience
  • Comfortable with cold visits, client meetings, and closing deals on the go
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knows the Delhi NCR local business landscape (especially F&B, fitness, salons, coworking)
  • Self-starter, motivated by targets and growth
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ( own vechile)

** What You’ll Get

  • Fixed Salary: 80% of total compensation
  • Performance Incentives: 20% (based on clear monthly/quarterly targets)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
