We have developed a powerful Restaurant Management System designed to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and boost profitability for restaurants and food chains.

We are now looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata and help expand our product reach in the market.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit multiple restaurants, cafés, and food chains across Kolkata on a daily basis.
• Present and demonstrate our Restaurant Management System to potential clients.
• Understand customer requirements and explain software features, benefits, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipelines, and client feedback.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding new clients and after-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, POS, software, or hospitality sales preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand software products and explain them confidently.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the city.
• Basic understanding of restaurants, retail, or hospitality operations is a plus.
• Must have a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for field visits.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Attractive Incentives: Based on performance, experience, and deal closures (will be discussed during the interview).
