Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, conducting property presentations, coordinating site visits, and converting enquiries into successful bookings. Candidates must have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and a passion for achieving monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new enquiries through field visits and local market interactions
• Conduct property briefings, explain project details, and guide customers during site visits
• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales
• Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets
• Support outdoor promotions, events, and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Any Degree Graduate with (3 months to 4 years experience) -Preferred
• 12th Pass with minimum sales experience
• Freshers with strong interest in real estate field sales can also apply
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to travel for field work and meet clients on-site
• Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Candidates within Chennai are preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
