We are expanding our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) field sales operations and are hiring disciplined and performance-oriented Field Sales Executives.

Role Overview

This is a performance-driven field role focused strictly on Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) sales. The position requires discipline, ethical selling practices, and consistent relationship building with end users within assigned territories.

This is not a casual sales job. It requires structured reporting, accountability, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with end users within assigned territory
  • Promote and explain Sydney Doctor health supplements professionally and ethically
  • Generate and track individual sales orders
  • Coordinate with in-house inventory team for product sign-out and stock movement
  • Maintain proper daily sales records and submit structured reports
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
  • Follow company pricing and discount policies strictly (no unauthorized discounting)
  • Provide regular market feedback to management

Compensation Structure

  • ₹10,000 fixed monthly salary
  • 4% commission on individual net collected sales generated by you (after returns and adjustments)
  • Commission paid monthly after reconciliation
  • Performance-linked growth opportunity based on consistent results

Essential Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in Pharma / FMCG / Field Sales preferred
  • Comfortable with field travel within Kolkata
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting and record maintenance
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible work approach
  • Good communication skills (Bengali and Hindi required; basic English preferred)
  • Ability to follow structured systems and company policies

Work Details

Full-Time
6-month contract (extendable based on performance)
Field-based role involving regular visits within assigned territory
