Field Sales Executive

About the Role:

Opal Traders is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to handle retailer visits, sample display, order booking, payment collection, and daily reporting across assigned territories.

This is a target-driven field sales role suitable for candidates from FMCG / Pharma / Optical / Distribution background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit optical retailers daily
• Show frame & sunglasses samples
• Take and process orders
• Follow up and collect outstanding payments

Location: Ernakulam ,Kerala

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on performance)

Must Have:

✔ Field sales experience

✔ Collection handling experience

✔ Two-wheeler & license

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2–3 years field sales experience

✔ Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Optical preferred

✔ Experience in handling collections

✔ Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory

✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✔ Target-oriented mindset
