Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and generate sales for our tiles and sanitaryware products. The candidate will actively work in and around Kottayam town, meet potential customers, build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners, and drive showroom footfall and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and meet potential customers in and around Kottayam town
• Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers to generate leads
• Promote Pam Elegante’s range of tiles and sanitaryware products
• Convert leads into showroom visits and confirmed sales
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records

Requirements

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
