Job Identification

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to be part of our Sales Team in Rahim Yar Khan.


What We Expect

  • Ensure achievement of Secondary SKU‑wise volumes against assigned targets in order to enhance market share.
  • Rationalize market discounts and utilize promotions intelligently to achieve the company’s net sales revenue.
  • Create new outlets and retain existing ones as per targets and area potential to increase Numeric and Weighted Distribution.
  • Expand SKU penetration according to benchmark availability targets.
  • Ensure that all data in the sales information systems for the assigned area is cleansed, validated, and updated on a regular basis.
  • Analyze SFE KPIs and adjust area routes or call frequencies to improve Green KPIs for Presellers.
  • Complete daily planned calls, spend sufficient time in the market, and coach presellers on the 10‑step call process.
  • Discuss execution scores by outlet with Presellers daily and highlight gaps to ensure in‑outlet execution aligned with PicOS and RED criteria, along with all marketing initiatives in the area.
  • Monitor and report competitor activity in the assigned area and recommend counterstrategies.
  • Supervise and ensure proper deployment and optimal utilization of company assets in the market (e.g., coolers, glass, shelves, signage, outlet activation material, etc.).
  • Manage in‑outlet investment with an optimal mix of discounts, DME, assets, and activations.
  • Monitor equipment efficiency, increase cooler throughput, and reduce non‑productive coolers.
  • Attempt recovery of coolers according to company procedures in cases of missing or disputed units.
  • Maintain strong collaboration and relationships with all customers in the area to ensure continued loyalty.
  • Ensure timely and proper handling of customer complaints in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain an updated fact sheet for every customer on CCI Zoom.
  • Track and ensure timely settlement of all market accounts (Glass, Accounts Receivable, Discounts, DME, etc.).
