Position: Field Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with potential customers in open markets and public spaces to promote and sell BCare products.
  • Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and customer education sessions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update data on the company-provided CRM.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of customers by assisting them with forms, digital entries, and first-time usage guidance.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers to encourage referrals and repeat sales.
  • Provide daily feedback regarding customer insights, objections, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) qualification
  • 1–2 years of sales experience in telecom, FMCG, or insurance (fresh candidates with strong sales aptitude may also apply).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and achieving daily targets.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphone/tablet usage for sales entries.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000
  • Sales Incentives
  • Performance Bonuses

  • Night Allowance: PKR 15,000 for 30 nights per year
  • Death Insurance Coverage: PKR 3.5 Million (35 Lacs)

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
