Position: Field Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers in open markets and public spaces to promote and sell BCare products.
- Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and customer education sessions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update data on the company-provided CRM.
- Ensure proper onboarding of customers by assisting them with forms, digital entries, and first-time usage guidance.
- Build rapport and trust with customers to encourage referrals and repeat sales.
- Provide daily feedback regarding customer insights, objections, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) qualification
- 1–2 years of sales experience in telecom, FMCG, or insurance (fresh candidates with strong sales aptitude may also apply).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and achieving daily targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone/tablet usage for sales entries.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000
