Field Sales Executive (B2B SaaS – POS Software)

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive who will visit retail shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and small businesses to introduce and sell our POS software. The role focuses on generating new customers through direct, in-person sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned market areas daily (retail shops, restaurants, etc.)

Pitch and demonstrate the POS solution to business owners

Convert leads into paid customers

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

Collect customer feedback from the market

Coordinate with onboarding team after closing a sale

Maintain daily visit and sales reports

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of field sales experience (software, POS, or FMCG preferred)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with outdoor sales and daily travel

Basic understanding of business operations (inventory, billing, etc.)

Self-motivated and target-driven

What We Offer:

Fixed salary + commission

Travel allowance

Growth into Senior Sales / Area Manager roles

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
