About the Role

The Field Sales Executive will drive lead generation, doctor onboarding, and cabin occupancy at House of Cure by conducting field visits, building networks, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Visit clinics, hospitals, gyms, wellness centres, physiotherapy studios, and medical hubs.
  • Identify doctors, specialists, therapists, and wellness professionals who need consulting spaces.
  • Maintain a structured database of prospects.

2. Sales Meetings & Centre Visits

  • Reach out to doctors and schedule meetings.
  • Explain House of Cure’s offerings, pricing, and benefits.
  • Conduct in-person tours of the centre for interested prospects.

3. Follow-Up & Conversions

  • Maintain daily follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and field visits.
  • Provide customised cabin plans to doctors based on their practice requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly occupancy targets.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor clinics and co-working spaces.
  • Identify upcoming practices and growing medical categories in Khar, Bandra, Santacruz, Juhu.
  • Suggest new lead pockets and outreach strategies.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Update CRM/Google Sheets daily.
  • Submit daily visit reports and weekly performance summaries.
  • Coordinate with the admin team for doctor onboarding.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills
  • Confident field presence and strong networking ability
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & WhatsApp communication
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Ability to move around the city independently

Qualifications

  • Graduate (any stream)
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience (medical, co-working, or real estate preferred)
  • Two-wheeler preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
