Field Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – Sales (Field & Office)
Location: Ahmedabad,gujrat
Reporting To: Department Head

Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with agents, channel partners, and business associates. This role involves both field and office responsibilities, ensuring achievement of business targets, proper distribution of business lines, and maintaining high-quality service and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Achieve topline sales targets as assigned by management consistently.
  • Ensure proper business mix of motor and non-motor lines as per the goal sheet.
  • Recruit agents/channel partners to expand the distribution network.
  • Activate agents/channel partners for business development purposes.
  • Responsible for overall profitability and revenue from the assigned role.
  • Ensure healthy retention of renewals and maintain strong coordination with business partners.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to enhance the business network.
  • Conduct monthly market visits for new business generation.
  • Achieve monthly business targets consistently.
  • Attend and respond to calls and emails from partners and company managers promptly.
  • Handle company portals and resolve pending cases effectively.
  • Address and resolve partner queries and service-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Clear pending tasks from companies and BAS to ensure smooth operations.
  • Create percentage grids and communicate updates to BAS.
  • Maintain mail and call communication logs with BAS for accountability.
  • Facilitate coordination between office staff and business partners for seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work (both online and offline).
  • Update daily working sheets to monitor performance and productivity.

  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Excellent relationship management and partner handling
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in both field and office environments
  • Proficiency in handling company portals and documentation
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities

Experience Required: 2–5 years in sales/relationship management; Motor Insurance experience preferable
Industry: Insurance
Educational Qualification: Graduate from any discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
