Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Trivandrum
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Work on leads provided by the company and convert them into business.
• Generate new customers through field visits and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular sales reports and share updates with the manager.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales/marketing (BFSI/Insurance preferred).
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Local candidates from Trivandrum preferred.
