Job Summary:

As a full-time Sales Representative, your role will involve assisting families in saving money and safeguarding against blackouts by guiding them through the transition to clean energy and backup batteries.

We are specifically looking for individuals who will eventually oversee state wide expansion, and help us become the number one solar provider in CA. Are you ready to lead the Renewable Energy Revolution?

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Run appointments – Drive to multiple company-provided appointments daily (six days a week) and conduct in-home consultations.
  • Sell premium solar + battery solutions – Help families save money with top-tier products like Tesla Powerwalls, QHome, EcoFlow, and Enphase batteries.
  • Leverage in-house resources – Work with our design team to request proposals and perform financial analysis to maximize customer savings.
  • Generate referrals effortlessly – Visit your customers' installations and sign up their neighbors for solar and battery systems.
  • Stay organized & track performance – Accurately log customer interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Prior experience in home services sales is preferred.
  • In-home sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a homeowner-friendly way.
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-driven attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role that requires driving to appointments.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (clean DMV record).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
