Field Sales & Service Engineer

Job Description: AutoCAMIN Research and Technology Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and skilled Field Sales & Service Engineer to join our Sales & Service department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clients and promoting our range of CAD/CAM solutions and Cutting Tool Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and service for CNC machine tools.
• Demonstrate expertise in SolidCAM or relevant CAM software.
• Operate and manage Robot Operation Systems to assist customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with CNC machine tools.
• Proficiency in SolidCAM or similar CAM software.
• Familiarity with Robot Operation Systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
