Job Description:

We are hiring an Onsite Service Technician to join our dynamic and growing team!

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for technical service? Rensolve India Pvt Ltd is hiring skilled Onsite Service Technicians to provide top-notch installation, maintenance, and repair services directly at our customers’ locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose technical issues accurately and resolve them efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Document service activities and maintain records accurately
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a service technician or in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge relevant to Rensolve India’s product line
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
