Field Sales Specialist

At Zameen.com, we are looking for a passionate and driven 'Field Sales Specialist' to join our team in Faisalabad. This role is all about building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You'll be the face of the company for your region helping clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they get the best from our platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your territory.
  • Identify and approach new customers to grow the client base.
  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and networking.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
  • Stay connected with existing customers to strengthen partnerships.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure availability of all product offerings (brands, packs, SKUs) in your region.
  • Convert new accounts while retaining and growing existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Meet clients to review their requirements and ensure long-term satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of sales or business development experience (real estate or related sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about building client relationships.
  • Based in Faisalabad
