Your role

  • Work independently for daily service work, such as project startup, installation, regular maintenance and customer’s training etc
  • Be responsible for customer’s call back, technical support and problem solving
  • Regular customer visiting to find out their demands and service business opportunity during service trip
  • Cooperate and assist service sales in quotation / service contract preparation process
  • Working closely with sales team & project team to ensure the customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical and quality feedback to the Supervisor according to customer’s feedback.
  • Works closely with service sales & project team to meet customer’s needs during commissioning and implementation of projects.Provide technical feedback to the project management according to customer’s feedback.
  • Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report.

To succeed, you will need

Qualification

  • University degree in engineering
  • PC skills (Ms Office)
  • Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
  • B Driving Licence
  • No military obligation for male employee

      Know How in pneumatic, mechanical, electric and electronic components
      Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, production methods and industry trends; knowledge of automotive industry will be a plus
      Automation and software application knowledge will be an asset (Microsoft SQL/Oracle, Communication Protocols TCP/IP, Fieldbus)Tech savy and follow up new technologies

  • Coordinate with sales engineer responsible before implementing any action within related customer
  • Respond customer request within 24 hours and making sure customer have a feeling that great care and focus is given.
  • Sharing information and raising red flags to be proactive
