Your role

Assists clients in data collection for configuration.

Install and configure Atlas Copco´s SW and HW.

Diagnose and troubleshoot failures in SW and HW.

Master the operating system and interfaces that ensure the operation of all applications.

Analyze logs and report to stakeholder.

Run all necessary modifications due to a change in the line configuration (online configuration)

Keep historical problems and failures in electronic files for consultations.

Keep backup,all actions updated and available for documentation.

Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers throughout the project.

Execution of new release tests.

Conduct user training related software product to customer.

Must be able to analyze problems in the network structure and produce solutions according to the analysis.

Must be able to analyze Windows event logs and understand what is happening in the operating system.

Identify the issue within the API used by MES systems and to complete the integration with the customer system via the API.

Regular and timely reporting of daily, monthly and monthly reports.

To succeed, you will need

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical&Electronic Engineering, Electronics&Communication Engineering, Information Systems Engineering or related fields.
2. PC skills (Ms Office)
3. Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
4. B Driving Licence
5. No military obligation for male employees
6. Advantageous to have Windows Event Log Analysis Certificate

4. VPN connections knowledge
5. Knowledge of virtual machine setup
6. Database (SQL / Oracle) and networks (network topology, TCP / IP, subnet mask, DNS, switches, routers, gateway, etc.) knowledge
7. Interfaces and industrial communication standards (RS-232/485/422, XML, Open Protocol, Fieldbus)
8. Knowledgeable in server administration and database management.
9. Proficient in Modbus, RabbitMQ, MQTT, OPC UA protocols.
10. Experienced with Ethernet and wireless networks.
11. Skilled in network traffic analysis and packet inspection using Wireshark.
12. Proficient in MES systems and capable of MES integration.
13. Knowledgeable about OSI (Open System Interconnection) layers.
14. Skilled in TCP/IP protocols such as DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL. Knowledgeable about firewall rules.
