Field Service & Support Engineer for Electronics products - Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for electronic products
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues quickly and effectively
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Offer training to customers on application and usage
- Collaborate with the sales team.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in E&C / Instrumentation
Experience : 3-4 years’ experience in service and support for electronics products
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Emoluments: As per industry norms, commensurate with knowledge and experience.
