Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent Field Supervisor with a background in Civil or Construction to oversee on-site repair activities for structural and safety-related systems. The role requires strong knowledge of repair execution, strict adherence to procedures, and the ability to coordinate effectively within a regulated project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute field repair activities including:
- Concrete anchor installations
- Structural steel repairs and modifications
- Grouting works
- Penetration sealing in accordance with D.18 CP-A2 requirements
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with approved Repair Work Plans (RWP) and project specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) activities and hold points.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with ENEC procedures and site requirements.
- Oversee scaffolding, lifting operations, and ensure safe execution of all site activities.
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify work quality, safety, and progress.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment as per approved procedures.
- Report site progress, issues, and deviations to the engineering and project management teams.
- Promote and implement Human Performance (HU) tools and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with permit-to-work systems and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Minimum X+ years of relevant field supervision experience (preferably in nuclear, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects).
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience in:
- Concrete repair and anchoring systems
- Structural steel works
- Grouting and sealing systems
- Familiarity with:
- ENEC procedures and documentation requirements
- Repair Work Plans (RWP)
- Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Understanding of site execution requirements for safety-related repairs.
Certifications & Safety Training:
- Mandatory certifications/training:
- GET / PAT
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- Respirator Training
- Knowledge and application of Human Performance (HU) Tools
Additional Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills for effective coordination with site teams, engineers, and QA/QC personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on ENEC/Barakah nuclear projects or similar high-integrity environments.
- Familiarity with nuclear safety culture and regulatory expectations.
