Field Supervisor

Cornelius Contracting LLC, a leading flooring & countertop company, is seeking a few dedicated and motivated Field Managers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and oversee multiple communities in the field, ensuring they’re run efficiently, on schedule, and to Cornelius Contracting standards.
• Installation Coaching: Work closely with our installation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver outstanding results.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain the highest level of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Address any on-site challenges or issues that arise, finding solutions and ensuring smooth project progression.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with builders and our internal teams to ensure all parties are well-informed and expectations are met.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for all team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in field management is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality a must.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

Benefits:

• Starting salary in the range of $45,000-$55,000 annually based on experience and skill set.
