Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor – Inspect and manage telecom projects in the field. Candidate is expected to track the progress of each project, inspect safety and quality, manage all paperwork pertaining to each project. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive, SharePoint, and other online applications will be utilized with almost every management task.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Inspect and manage multiple projects at multiple locations throughout the Colorado Front Range
• Read and comprehend telecom work prints
• Communicate with municipalities, Utility providers, and crews daily
• Submit all digital paperwork to office for each project daily
• Submit and maintain CO 811 and municipal utility locates
• Use tablets, smart phones
• Visit all projects daily
• Be available to receive and manage emergency outages

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass background and drug screens
• Must have a Valid CO class C driver’s license with clean record. (Class A is a plus, but not required)
• Must have 3 years experience in telecommunications / utility construction
• Must be self motivated
• Must be a strong communicator
• Must have strong written skills
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be computer literate
• Must be proficient with working in Microsoft Office 365
• Must be able to work M-F and some weekends
